I am a qualified HR professional and I've worked in human resources for over 20 years, helping businesses grow and exceed their goals, and also supporting individuals achieve their potential and be successful.

Having worked for many different organisations, an Oxford College, a global marketing company, a UK high street bank, a global veterinary pharmaceutical company and most recently an award-winning HealthScience agency, I have gained immeasurable experience working in varied environments and with a diverse range of people.

As a Mental Health First Aider I know how important wellbeing is in supporting a healthy work environment.

I have an extensive generalist background in all HR specialisms, recruitment, onboarding, performance management/managing talent, compliance, people development and career growth, employee relations, and coaching and training. I use this broad knowledge in a practical way, working with you to find the right solution for your varied HR needs.

I have partnered senior leadership teams and developed and implemented strategic plans that align the people agenda to business goals. I have managed major projects such as introducing new HR systems, new processes and conducted global training.

My aim is to utilise the knowledge I have gained and skills I have learned to help people make good, ethical decisions, going beyond best practice, so that outcomes are aligned with the culture and values of your organisation.
