I’m a Chartered MCIPD HR leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering impactful people strategies across the UK and global markets. From start-ups to complex, multinational organisations, I’ve helped businesses scale sustainably, transform culture, and align their people strategy with commercial goals.

My background spans multiple sectors, from higher education and financial services to global pharma and health science. I’ve built HR functions from the ground up, led international teams, and advised senior leaders through periods of growth, transformation, and challenge. Whether it’s managing TUPE transitions, resolving complex employee relations issues, or driving leadership development, I bring a practical, calm and collaborative approach.

Wellbeing and inclusion are at the heart of my work. As a Mental Health First Aider, I believe in creating resilient, healthy cultures where people feel supported and empowered to perform at their best.

My broad generalist expertise includes HR operations, policy design, talent and performance management, employee engagement, DE&I, workforce planning, and HR technology implementation. I’ve led large-scale projects, from implementing new HR systems and leadership training programmes to supporting global expansion and driving policy innovation.
